Sekaiju is a MIDI sequencer, that is still being developed. It seems to contain all the usualy features for controlling MIDI notes, and all the usual editing modes (staff, piano roll, etc.). It has a nice accessable interface for changing volume and pitch and such of notes, as well as switchign instruments.
