Design

I would really like to fix some things with the wiki's layout:

• Make the box all the text appears in much narrower, I don't like the way it fills the entire width of the screen. It ends up making lines of text so long it's uncomfortable to read.
• Make it work better on phones.
• Because of the base theme the wiki uses doing these things is a bit more fiddly than it should be, so should probably search for something else to build on top of.

Oh hey, fixed all those things

Still lots to tweak

- list bullets are too much

- looks like quotes need some styling

- tables of contents

- etc...
